Total Experience Learning Oxford

 

MED 690 | August 3–7, 2026

This week-long graduate fellowship immerses participants in a dynamic Total Experience Learning (TExpL)® environment at one of the Colleges of the University of Oxford. Through multidisciplinary perspectives on creativity and innovation, students engage in experiential learning led by global innovators, artists, academics, and business leaders—within a setting shaped by Oxford’s rich liberal arts tradition.


Pre-requisite: None; this course is open to any graduate level student. No prior Total Experience Learning coursework required to participate for both currently enrolled students at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and non-Alvernia students who enroll in in this standalone course.

How to Enroll

  • Step 1: .
    • This serves as a seat deposit to secure your spot in the course and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee also helps defray some student expenses during the week-long course. A waitlist will be utilized if interest exceeds maximum class size.
       
  • Step 2: Register for MED 690: Creativity and Innovation in Oxford.
    • Alvernia Students currently enrolled:
    • Non-Alvernia Students or TExpL alumni not currently enrolled:
       
  • Step 3: Tuition Deferment for both Alvernia and Non-Alvernia students: If you plan to submit tuition reimbursement to your employer, you are required to complete and return Alvernia’s Tuition Deferment Form at the time you register for coursework.
